Do you have experience and/or interest in helping people who are living with mental health conditions? Are you open-minded, outgoing, patient, and comfortable talking with and encouraging others?
Apply to volunteer with Solstice Behavioral Health! We are looking for volunteers to help out at our art and wellness studios:
Art Studio:
Art studio’s aim is not to treat pathology, but to create a stimulating environment for participants to socialize and explore their creative strengths. Examples of activities include: Poetry workshops, drama, mindfulness, pottery, print making, natural plant dying, and more.
Not an artist? That’s okay! We’re just looking for volunteers with an interest in spending time with adults who have disabilities and mental health diagnoses.
Wellness Studio:
Designed to explore aspects of wellness in a creative manner. Activities may include: Learning about dietary health, chair yoga, tai chi, gardening and more.
Volunteers enhances our services by assisting staff in creating an inviting atmosphere; engaging participants in discussions and group activities; and cultivating positive interactions with participants who attend Studio.
Do you have some free time on Mondays and/or Thursdays between 9:30 and 2:30 pm? Apply to volunteer with us!

Full Life Care services include adult day health, home care, volunteer companionship, and housing stabilization and support for clients in Washington state (King County and Snohomish County).
