ORGANIZATION: The Arc Minnesota & Arc's Value Village

vv

Arc’s Value Village thrift stores have one-time and on-going volunteer opportunities with flexible hours-days, evenings and weekends, 7 days a week! Volunteer shifts are 2 hours in length and scheduling is flexible. Volunteers at Arc’s Value Village help unpack and sort donations like clothing, accessories, household items, books, toys, jewelry, etc. and help get them ready for the sales floor.

Sign up online at www.arcsvaluevillage.org/volunteer. Click "VOLUNTEER" tab and scroll down the page. When you get to the BLUE Click Here to Sign Up on the Volunteer Calendar button, click on the button and use the calendar filter to find the store location, day and shift that works with your schedule!

Thanks to generous donations and volunteers from the community, Arc’s Value Village has worked on behalf of The Arc and the people it serves for over 30 years. Arc’s Value Village has generated more than $30 million for The Arc’s programs and services for children and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities and their families.

For more information or for assistance with signing up on the online calendar, please contact Michelle Theisen at michelletheisen@arcminnesota.org.

For volunteers, masking is optional at the Arc Value Village thrift stores, but we maintain the right to change that whenever we deem it necessary. Having said that, you can certainly wear a mask if it makes you feel more comfortable. We will not tolerate harassment of people who decide to wear a mask. We also require you to wear close-toed shoes when volunteering to be safe.
