Galaxy Star Drug Awareness' mission is to elevate the minds of Nashville residents to the problems of HIV/AIDS and substance abuse in the Nashville community.

Description

501(c)(3) Non-Profit organization providing community outreach services, confidential HIV/AIDS testing and prevention counseling, as well as a 24 Hour Emergency Services facility for homeless and low-income residents of Middle Tennessee affected by substance abuse.
