The mission of the American Happiness Association is to be the premier organization dedicated to raising awareness and providing education and resources for how people can choose to be happier. Our goal is to significantly increase the level of enduring happiness worldwide.

Description

With the amazing discoveries in the field of the science of happiness, you are in more control of your own happiness than ever before. There are literally dozens of happiness activities, boosters, mental shifts, and environmental changes you can make in your life to be happier, even if you have inherited an unhappy disposition.

The American Happiness Association is a 501(c)3 nonprofit designed to educate individuals and organizations about how to be happier. The scientifically-based benefits of happiness to individuals and our society are overwhelming. Now there is finally one centralized place you can come to find research-based happiness tools from hundreds of scientists all over the world that have been proven to work on all kinds of people.
