The Festival of Chocolate introduces the public to the novelty, the mystery, the science, the history, the techniques, and the romance of chocolate through tasting, displays, classes, presentations, hands-on experiences, and interactive competitions.
The Festival of Chocolate will be at the Orlando Science Center (777 East Princeton Street, Orlando, FL 32803) on March 5, 2011 from 10 - 7 and on March 6, 2011 from 10 - 6. We are looking for volunteers able to work from 8 - 2 or 1 - 7 on March 5th or from 8 - 1 or noon - 6 on the 6th.
Responsibilities will include: staff entrances and exhibits, answer questions and give directions, help with check-in and staff relief. Volunteers may enjoy the Festival of Chocolate before or after their shift.
Volunteers must be at least 13 years old.
