Tutor one-to-one or in a small group assisting low-literate English-speaking adults with basic reading, writing, spelling, math, GED prep or the U.S. Citizenship exam.
Tutors meet with adult learners at all 35 branches of the San Diego Public Library.
Must possess a H.S. Diploma/GED or higher. Complete the 15 hour literacy tutor training. Be patient, flexible and culturally sensitive.
