We are looking for Wayfinder Volunteers!

Wayfinders will help us greet patients and visitors as they enter our hospital at the Welcome Desk directing them to outpatient services and medical appointments. They help with deliveries to patient rooms. Wayfinders can help reduce stress and frustration by supporting our patients, visitors and staff.

If you are someone that would like to:

  • Work directly with patients and visitors

  • Get exercise!

REQUIREMENTS

  • Background Check
  • Must be at least 18
  • Orientation or Training
  • 3-4 Hours a week. Must be able to commit to a minimum of 100 hours in total over a period of 6 - 8 months.
  • Must be mobile and have a good sense of direction. Able to answer an Ascom phone and use wheelchairs.
