Are you 55 years or better and love to get older adults motivated and moving? Come be an Exercise Assistant!
Criteria for Leadership:
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Enthusiasm
Dependability
Willingness to lead a small group
Interest in working with older adults
Life experience valued - with education or health care experience a plus
Help assist in classes showing the exercise moves, passing out material, signing people in, etc. Come make a difference in a Senior's life by helping them get moving and healthy!
