Invasive plant removal and native plant identification. Perimeter to emphasize bi-national circles made of tires and plastic bottles.

Monument Mesa in Border Field State Park and Playas de Tijuana (the garden is made up binational circles THROUGH the border fence so you can come from either side to work together. Check out the Mex side!)
