"Nadie Debe Morir Solo". Nuestros voluntarios de vigilia ofrecen compañía al paciente o apoyo a la familia en las últimas horas de vida. Estos voluntarios deben tener un horario flexible para poder recibir llamadas y ofrecer servicio inmediato. Este servicio se ofrece por petición de la familia. El voluntario de vigilia recibirá entrenamiento adicional. La vigilia se ofrece usualmente de 8PM a 8AM, utilizando un grupo de voluntarios para compartir las horas.
Requisitos para ser voluntario son verificación de antecedentes, examen de tuberculosis y una breve orientación sobre nuestros servicios, sin ningún costo al voluntario.
