Brews and chews for a cause! - Bugs & Beer, June 18th 2015

Save to Favorites

ORGANIZATION: Butterfly Pavilion

For each event in our Tasting Series we invite guests to snack on local fare and sample beers from a handful of nearby breweries while also enjoying our zoo, including holding Rosie the tarantula and experiencing our 1000+ butterflies in flight through the rainforest. Volunteers will serve food and drinks, as well as helping us to guide guests through the facility and break down tables and chairs as the night comes to a close. Volunteers are asked to arrive by 5:00 that evening for orientation and a brief training, and the shift will run until about 9:30 PM. Proceeds from the event help us to expand and grow our educational program and exhibits.
