Love showing your out of town friends around Seattle? Want to meet travelers from all over the world? Then volunteer as a tour guide with Hostelling International Seattle!
Volunteers are encouraged to develop their own fun tours that introduce our guests to Seattle. We have a basic tour script that you can reference and enhance with your own personal stories and experiences of the city.
Opportunities to shadow other volunteer led walking tours are also provided. All tours leave from Hostelling International Seattle in the Chinatown International District and can end at different tourist destinations in the city. Tours can be of downtown Seattle and/or other neighborhoods easily accessible by public transportation.

Description
We are a traveler’s hostel in Seattle’s International District. We offer affordable accommodation to travelers, backpackers and groups of all ages and backgrounds, nationally and internationally, right here in downtown Seattle. Although we do have some private rooms, most of our 90 rooms are dormitory, bunk bed style accommodation, which at capacity hold up to 294 people!
