Description

A client calls or visits the community office where we assess their needs and direct them to already existing services. We seek to refer our clients to providers that we have taken the time to interview and assess. Our database of social service agencies was developed with the aim of working in concert with the providers to make sure the client receives the type of care they most need. Philadelphia Access Center walks alongside people. For example, if someone needed employment we would meet for an assessment and then guide them to providers who might help them with defining their marketable skills, preparing a resume, learning interview techniques and training in a particular field.
